Summary of the book Super genes : unlock the astonishing power of DNA for optimum heath and well-being
Recent research has disproved the popular notion of good genes and subsequent genes. The fact that some people say I’m obese because I have an obesity gene or I have cancer because I have a cancer gene is due to this misconception.

There is no disease gene, it is the mutations in the genes that cause the disease and can be passed on to future generations through inheritance. Fortunately, the key to controlling these mutations is in our hands. With this key, we can turn the activity of our genes on and off, or increase or decrease them, and gradually modify them and give healthier genes to future generations.

Do not get sick and if you do, treat yourself only by changing your lifestyle. We are beyond our genes. As we are beyond our brains. We use our genes and our brains.
So learning to communicate with our genes is a necessity. We are not solely responsible for our own health and longevity. We are also responsible for the health and longevity of our unborn children. Our responsibility is universal

What surprises new genetics is that we can easily grasp something we never cared about. Nothing is more important and valuable than the human body. The body changes dynamically with each new experience if we allow it to always meet the challenges of our lives.

Beyond health and vitality, our body is a platform for fundamental well-being. All the cells have improved with the superior genes and are ready for this transformation, but the brain is still not ready. Now you have this knowledge and we hope you get a much broader view of the possibilities.

You have to provide these facilities. As long as people’s lifestyles did not have genetic consequences, the only proven approach to greater well-being was standard prevention.
Now, with two major breakthroughs: epigenetics and microbiome, our genes can change. Any gene can become a superior gene as long as it aligns with our goals and desires. Every human being needs this cooperation, otherwise we can not move forward.

This book first proves its claim with validated and documented scientific experiments and arguments, and then helps to gradually take control of our genes by providing lifestyles in various fields and completely practical and step-by-step methods. Get sick and not get sick, and if we are sick, even dangerous diseases like advanced cancers, without the use of drugs or chemotherapy, we can cure ourselves only by making lifestyle changes. The purpose of this book is to increase our health and well-being by adopting a completely practical lifestyle, based on the latest information from scientists.

This book brings together the most important findings of scientists to date and expands them. We have decades of experience of one of the leading genetic scientists in the world, which is integrated with the experiences of one of the most claiming leaders in medicine of mind, body and soul, and …
