This book is about the future of wealth; A revolutionary wealth that will fundamentally change our way of life, our institutions and our values. Alvin and Heidi Toffler take the reader on an exploratory journey into this devastating civilization change. In this journey, we will not only witness various aspects of change around the world (from China and India and Japan to America and Europe), but we will also learn about the deep foundations that form the foundation of our world: time, space, knowledge, .. And we will see that when these foundations change at an unprecedented rate, the civilization on which they are built shakes.
We will find that the future does not follow historical algebra, and it depends on which of the criteria of truth (correlation, compatibility, authority, inspiration, permanence, or science) human beings choose.
In this book, the authors deal with the subject of revolutionary wealth, or in other words, the wealth system. They believe that in order for the wealth of the monetary and non-monetary economy to be considered revolutionary, it must change not only in quantity, but also in the quality of creation, division, circulation, expenditure, savings, and employment.
In addition, it must change in terms of being tangible or not. In their view, understanding the importance of this issue requires recognizing that there is no wealth system in isolation. In this book, they provide an overview of the challenges of the Wealth Revolution that result from the failure of the political and economic bureaucracy left over from the industrial age, and to offer ways out of these challenges, the wealth systems of China, Japan, and the United States. And they are exploring Europe and charting a new path for the global economy and its future.
