Dr. Spencer Johnson, better known as Patrick Spencer Johnson, is the author of a series of motivational and success books, as well as the American physician who is called the King of Allegory because he gives simple and practical answers to very complex questions.

Born on November 24, 1938, in Watertown, South Dakota, USA, one of the world’s most beloved and great writers in the field of psychology and medicine was born.
He graduated from Notre Dame High School in Sherman Aux, California in 1957 and received a master’s degree in art from a university in Southern California in 1963. But he received his M.D. (a doctorate for physicians) from Royal College Aberland. He spent some time as an intern at the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School.
Throughout his career, he has held various positions including director of medicine at Medtronic (inventor of the heartbeat), consultant at the University of Southern California School of Medicine, and medical researcher at the Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies.

He lived for a time in Hawaii and then in New Hampshire, England, and finally died on July 3, 2017 at the age of 78 in San Diego.
He is the author of Lifestyle Change Books, which have been translated into more than 40 living languages.
