“The Face of Two Women” is a work by “Ali Akbar Saeedi Sirjani” which compares the stories of “Khosrow and Shirin” and “Lily and Majnoon” from Khamseh Nezami in three parts. In the first part and introduction of the book “The image of two women”, this comparison is made with a description of the similarities and differences between Lily and Shirin, as well as Qais and Khosrow, and in general, the quality and type of love of these two couples, how this love is formed. And examines the conditions of society that ultimately shaped different destinies for women storytellers.

The introduction of the work is an important and attractive part of this book, which has been written with the author’s punctual and accurate look. “Ali Akbar Saeedi Sirjani” aristocracy to the stories in question causes a deeper understanding of these two famous Iranian stories for the audience.
Even for logical reasons, he has beautifully separated the main parts of the story from the added parts that led to the distortion of the military story in later centuries. “Ali Akbar Saeedi Sirjani” has also presented an interesting analysis of the Lily Parvar and Shirin Parvar communities, which in addition to making it interesting to read this work, contains instructive and highly educational points.
The second part is a summary of the story of Khosrow and Shirin and the third part is a summary of the story of Lily and Majnoon. They do not have a high level of mastery of literature and also benefit from the contents of this work.
