Know that if you remain confused and aimless, your happiness, fitness, favorite job, or even your favorite emotional relationships will be damaged and your dreams will not be achieved.

Let me start everything from the right place. During the day, two types of conversations engage your mind: talking to others and talking to yourself. You may be the one who claims, “I’m not talking to myself!”

Whether you are introverted or extroverted, creative or consumerist, you spend a lot of time talking to yourself anyway!

You do this conversation in everything you do, including exercise, work, eating, reading, writing, walking, crying, arguing, doing business, planning, worshiping, thinking, having a private relationship.
